Billing, Insurance, & rates

At Planet Sensory Occupational & Physical Therapy, we are committed to delivering exceptional care tailored to your child’s needs. To maintain the highest quality of therapy services, we operate as an out-of-network provider. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, we will verify your coverage, offer courtesy billing, and submit claims on your behalf. If you do not have out-of-network benefits, there may be alternative ways for your insurance company to cover the cost of services. Contact our office for more information. For self-pay clients, our rates are as follows:

Comprehensive Initial Evaluation: $360

Treatment Sessions:

30 minutes: $90
45 minutes: $135
60 minutes: $180

Our initial evaluation includes a thorough assessment of your child’s needs and development, enabling us to create a tailored treatment plan. Subsequent treatment sessions will focus on achieving the goals outlined during the evaluation.

To help make our services more affordable, we offer packages that provide discounts on multiple sessions. Our 8-session package offers a 10% discount, while our 12-session package provides a 15% discount.
