Reach us

There’s a question about your kid you haven’t said out loud yet. Ask it here first.

Call or email, whichever is easier. You don’t need a diagnosis, a referral, or the right clinical words for it.

Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 1:00pm–7:00pm
  • Friday: 10:00am–7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am–2:30pm
  • Sunday: closed

Saturday appointments are real ones, not an afterthought. If the school day and the work day have already eaten your week, that’s the one to ask about.

What happens when you call

We ask what you’re noticing. Not the clinical name for it. Just the thing you keep seeing.

The fight over socks every single morning. The pencil grip that still isn’t right in third grade. The playground he watches from the edge of.

Then we tell you honestly whether occupational or physical therapy is the right next step for your kid, and what a comprehensive initial evaluation would be looking for. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.

You can also use the booking form further down this page. It reaches the same place.

Walking in the first time

You walk into a 2,100 square foot sensory gym. Slides, monkey bars, climbing walls, and a zipline running through the middle of it.

Most kids stop being nervous somewhere around the zipline. That’s the point of building it that way.

The first session is the comprehensive evaluation, one-on-one with a licensed occupational and physical therapist. You don’t sit in a hallway guessing what’s happening in there. HD cameras stream the session to a television in the waiting area, so you watch it in real time, and the therapist debriefs with you afterward.

Want the details on rates, payment and what to bring? They’re on the patient resources page.

You already knew

You didn’t need a checklist to tell you something was different. You’ve known for a while.

You were told to wait. You were told he’d grow out of it. You were busy holding everything together, and waiting was the reasonable thing to do.

Here’s the honest cost of waiting longer: skills build on skills, and every year in between is a year your kid works harder than everyone around them just to keep pace.

That gap closes. It starts with one phone call to (516) 744-7550.
